The Exploding Girl is lovely and languorous as its sentiment is very true and quite tender. Zoe Kazan's character study of Ivy is rather profound as her emotions aren't expressed through words but rather silences. The overall effect of this film is quite powerful as we all know what it feels like to have someone be so close and yet so far. I am a fan.
